1. About these terms
These terms govern use of the public B STUDIO website and any client portal made available by invitation. Project scope, deliverables, fees, intellectual-property transfer and acceptance criteria are governed by the signed proposal or agreement and take priority where they differ.
2. Permitted use
Use the service lawfully and only for its intended business purpose. Do not attempt to access another client’s information, bypass security, introduce malicious material, scrape protected areas, interfere with availability or misuse another person’s account.
3. Accounts and invitations
Portal access is personal to the invited user unless B STUDIO approves a client-team arrangement. Keep credentials secure, use required authentication controls and report suspected compromise promptly. Access may be suspended when an invitation is revoked, an engagement ends or security requires it.
4. Materials and intellectual property
B STUDIO retains rights in the website, studio identity, methods, templates and pre-existing materials. You retain rights in materials you lawfully provide and grant the permissions needed to perform the agreed work. Ownership or licensing of project deliverables is determined only by the applicable signed agreement and payment terms.
5. Files, comments and approvals
Only upload material you are authorized to share. Portal acknowledgements and review confirmations help project administration but are not represented as legally compliant electronic signatures. Final legal acceptance or signature must follow the method specified in the signed agreement.
6. Availability and third parties
We aim to operate the website and portal responsibly, but availability may be interrupted for maintenance, security or provider incidents. Third-party services and links are governed by their own terms. No public page guarantees a commercial result, search ranking, advertising outcome or uninterrupted service.
7. Orders, fees and cancellation
A project order is formed only when the customer accepts the written quotation or agreement through the stated method. Prices, currency, taxes, payment stages, delivery estimates and third-party charges are confirmed before payment. Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the published Cancellation and refund policy together with any project-specific written terms.
8. Liability, suspension and governing terms
Any warranties, liability limits, termination rights, governing law and dispute forum are confirmed in the signed client agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Contact hello@bstudio.live with questions or reports of misuse.
